Works exactly as it should and was easy to install.

not a metal frame
it's cheaper than the IQaire and some other after market filters. Some after market filters have metal frames and a foam sheet as another layer of pre-filter. The frame on this is made of styrofoam. That may or may not be important. It's very light weight and it's difficult to know at this point if it is a high quality pre filter.

I'm comfortable using the Crystalline pre-filter. Installation is simple. It does not emit any sort of scent. This is the second time I've used this filter and will probably continue to do so.

Not bad
Fit perfectly on my iqair...so far working well. Hopefully its a backup purchase plan that will work. My new iqair filter last 3 months, and at the cost its nuts. Looking for a to go filters replacement that is a little cheaper but works. Time will tell, so far good.
